Seismic retrofitting project prepared by Fortuna for the existing buildings on the site. Due to a conversion of existing residential buildings to a hotel, full strcutural engineering services provided for all plan modifications and checked existing buildings per US building codes.Addition to the retrofitting and remodeling projects, new building structural engineering services for variaous hotel buildings (restaurants, service buildings etc.) performed.
